Emirates Park Resort, Abu Dhabi

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, and offered a wonderful view of giraffes and zebras. Our kids loved how comfortable and clean the rooms were, especially with the unique experience of facing the giraffe area. The location, right by the swimming pool and kids' play area, was ideal for our family.

The hotel has potential with its spacious rooms, but needs some TLC, especially in the plumbing department. The service was top-notch, very polite, accommodating, and attentive to dietary requirements. Though the location offered wonderful surroundings, especially in front of the pool, it was prone to flooding during showers. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with vastly improved options but some overpriced items.

Upon checking in at 3 pm, the room was not ready, which was a bit frustrating. However, once settled, the room proved to be very comfortable and nice. Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking as the room was dirty and full of insects.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offer unique views straight into the animal enclosure, but lack basic amenities like salt and pepper shakers initially. The location is convenient for zoo visits but requires additional tourist options for the evenings. The service was attentive and accommodating, with a room change provided due to noise issues. Despite the enjoyable staff and helpful manager, extra charges for service and VAT need to be considered. The dining experience varied from disappointing to fabulous, depending on the venue, with limited choices noted in one restaurant and excellence in another.

Staying at this hotel was a joy! The rooms, although needing some work, were still cozy and fine for us. We loved being so close to the giraffes, making our stay extra special. A minor inconvenience was the slow shower drain, causing water buildup.
